STEP 1: Login

To renew your membership, you will need to go to the Login Page on the website.


Your username is your your first initial followed by your last name all lowercase. (i.e. mrandall) If you created your account after 4/15/2014 then you created your own username.

Your password is hma (this can and should be changed after you login to the NEW Member Database the first time). If you created your account after 4/15/2014 then you created your own password.

STEP 2: Click Renew Your Membership

Once you login, you will be on the Member’s Dashboard where there are links to update your profile, change your password and renew your membership.


There is also a Renew link in the My Membership section of the main navigation bar on all pages.


STEP 3: Choose your Payment Method and Membership Level

Click the orange button for the membership type that applies to your account. This will add that item to a shopping cart on the PayPal site.


STEP 4: Enter your Credit Card and Billing Info


You have the option to pay with a Paypal account or you can choose to pay with with a: Online back account, Debit or Credit card, or Paypal credit.  See the available options on the right hand column in the screenshot below.  The second payment section allow you to click on the payment tab you would like to use.  Once you have selected a payment method, complete any requested information. Be sure to verify your order and total price. After you submit your payment, you will be taken back the HMA website to the Payment Confirmation page.

STEP 5: Click the “Back to HMA Site” button

This will forward you to the Payment Confirmation page in our site.
