Registration

Please fill out the following form to create a membership account. On the next page, you will choose a membership type and method of dues payment.

$105 / year – Regular Membership
$70 / year – Students (Full-Time) & Seniors (65 and older)

NOTE: Your membership level will be listed as NEW MEMBER until we receive your payment and validate your account. Accounts which are not paid within 30 days are automatically deleted from this system.

*I understand that HMA will send me information and activities related to HMA.
